Returns Policy

  •  Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit or refund if you receive a faulty product.
  • Items must be received in original condition - with your proof of purchase attached.
  • Please note we do not refund for change of mind, so please choose wisely.

   if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.

 Refunds

  •  Depending on your payment method the funds may take 2-3 days to clear back into your account.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of web credit and card/PayPal then your web credit will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
  • We will always replace items if they are damaged or broken. If you receive your B&M light or your phone ring-light and find that it is broken or faulty, we will happily exchange this as all purchases come with a 12-month manufacturers warranty.
